Highways Coastal Route Engagement – Questionnaire

The People’s Partnership has been asked by Lincolnshire County Council Highways to talk to communities to understand how people are affected by some of the roads in Lincolnshire.

The roads they are looking at are:
• A46 from Newark to Lincoln
• A57 from Dunham Bridge to Lincoln
• A46 Lincoln Bypass
• A158 from Lincoln so Skegness

The Council wants to understand what improvements need to be made, the reasons why and the potential benefits which will support communities and businesses.

Although the project is looking at the improvements to these routes, the Council would also like to understand your experiences moving from one type of transport to another, such as taking a bus and then a train.

They are also looking at your whole journey, how you get to the route and how you move from footpaths to a car or a bus, connections to trains, signage, congestions, hazards, visibility, difficulties you personally face if you have a disability or a person you care for has problems travelling with you Lincolnshire County Council wants to understand your experiences and concerns:

1. The difficulties and barriers you face and how it affects you; and
2. What will happen if these difficulties are taken away and how will it
make things better.
