Self Directed Support: defining needs, benefits check, personalisation/direct payments process, RAS/needs assessment, financial assessment, types of payment e.g. personal budget/individual budget/direct payment, personal/support plan, getting the money, keeping records.
Helping People find Community Services: organising your support, employing people, advert, interviews, job offer, CRB/references, contract, tax, pay matters, sharing resources, developing your own services, shared services, other forms of support, buying goods and services.
Helping People with Employment Issues: finding employment, the law in relation to disabilities, where to look, starting on your own, your skills, CV, interview preparation, selling yourself, effects on benefits, resources in job finding.
